The 40mm Erdanker JF type anchors have a flange on the top and  the bracket is screwed or bolted to the structure first, unlike the standard anchors, the anchor is then sledge hammered through the slot in the bracket which causes the anchor to worm down. Removal is by unwinding them and they never get stuck, nor do they damage the ground.
